Gordon has 20 years professional property management experiences in both residential and commercial real estate. As of today, he has managed near 10,000 units and served over 15,000 customers while supervised a team of 500 employees including Director of Property Operations, Facility Director, Leasing Director, Property Supervisors, Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors.
In addition to his daily management experience, Gordon has developed a diverse and inclusive team culture and successfully grown employees to managers or director positions in their careers. Because of his passion in working and engaging people, he was appointed as the Chieft Portfolio Officer in a non-profit organization in San Francisco, California.
In 2024, Gordon established his consulting company GL Consulting specializing in property management, operations management, non-profit management, manager training and coaching, and project management.
Gordon graduated from University of California, Davis with a BS degree in Managerial Economics and Golden Gate University with a MBA degree.
